Feet flat, same bottom position as the drill. This time the hips stay neutral — no tuck — and the torso angle holds throughout. Core and body tension are noticeably tighter. The difference between this and the mobility drill is the tension running through the whole system: hips, chest, and back all maintaining their position under that demand. A deliberate demonstration of what losing the back position looks like makes the contrast clear — and shows exactly what load will expose if it isn't there.
